The kids and I are first time skiers. And what bet

The kids and I are first time skiers. And what better way to learn than in the German Alps!

After four days of lessons, both kiddos are now pretty competent doing blue runs. I did two days of lessons, and feel less terrified going on a blue run. Most importantly, the kids absolutely had a blast and have fallen in love with skiing.

Thank you @alpinskischuleoberstdorf for teaching us how to ski. Even though their first language is German, the instructors were able to effectively teach and boost the confidence of both O and S. They can’t wait to ski again and want to return to Oberstdorf. That’s all because of you all! 🥰⛷️🎿🚠

Today the kids and I defied gravity. They both have watched Wizard of Oz, so it was fun seeing their reactions when they connected the dots to the movie. Both absolutely loved @wickeduk, claiming to like it more than Hamilton. 😱 Thank you @londontheatre for the last minute, fairly inexpensive matinee tickets.
